REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.1–3 years in automotive channel development, sales support, or market research; dealer operations knowledge preferred.
  • Language & Skills:Native German and professional English proficiency (written/spoken), with contract/email drafting expertise.
  • Advanced MS Office (Excel analytics, PowerPoint presentations); able to synthesize data logically with acute attention to detail.
  • Soft Skills:Proactive, solution-driven mindset with strong execution under pressure. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Market Research & Data Management:Assist the Channel Network Development Director in formulating regional expansion strategies by conducting systematic market research in Germany and Europe. Collect dealer distribution profiles, operational data, and partnership potential to maintain a dynamic potential-partner database for informed decision-making.
  • Dealer Recruitment Support:Participate end-to-end in dealer onboarding: pre-screening candidates, verifying qualifications, preparing partnership proposals/brand materials, and coordinating negotiation meetings while documenting outcomes.
  • Dealer Relationship Management:Serve as the primary liaison for existing partners—gathering sales reports, inventory updates, and operational challenges—and ensure cross-departmental alignment for prompt issue resolution.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting:Consolidate field feedback (customer sentiment, dealer suggestions) and produce structured analysis to refine product/service offerings.
  • Channel Enablement Coordination:Collaborate with marketing to localize campaigns, assess dealer participation needs, and evaluate post-event performance for continuous improvement.
