Description:
Premier Infrastructure & Energy is currently seeking qualified candidates for the DNY Locate Supervisor position to support and oversee operations in this region. The Supervisor is responsible for supporting the daily operations of a designated work group to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company standards. This leadership role focuses on personnel management, operational efficiency, and safety compliance. The Supervisor acts as a direct liaison between field technicians and senior management, playing a key role in team development, quality service delivery, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Provide day-to-day oversight and guidance to assigned technicians, ensuring alignment with company goals and expectations.
• Counsel, train, and support technicians to enhance individual and team capabilities.
• Serve as a positive role model by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and leadership.
• Ensure all technicians have appropriate tools, inventories, and supplies necessary to perform their duties effectively.
• Record, review, and analyze daily workloads and performance metrics to ensure productivity and service levels are met.
• Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations to support career development and accountability.
• Partner with management on personnel matters including coaching, counseling, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Enforce and uphold company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Assist with interviewing and selecting qualified candidates to meet current and future staffing needs.
• Monitor and promote compliance with safety programs, regulations, and best practices.
