A DAY IN THE LIFE In this role, you will… · Review Work In Progress report to ensure completion · Review work-in-progress reports to ensure completion of assigned work · Assist and support the functions of other Doc Auditors as needed · Communication with outside agencies, clients and borrowers WHO YOU ARE You possess … · Typing/ data entry skills – 45 wmp with a 95% accuracy rate · Excellent customer service and communication skills · The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, especially the ability to meet tight deadlines for our clients · A penchant for excellence. You will use your strong attention to detail to maintain our quality standards Responsibilities · Review work-in-progress reports to ensure completion of assigned work. · Assist and support the functions of other Doc Auditors as needed. · Communication with outside agencies, clients and borrowers. · Research and resolve discrepancies. · Print reports from established databases. · Maintain accurate records and logs. · Review all documentation for 100% accuracy. · Knowledge of client, vendor and borrower requirements. · Perform duties and responsibilities in a timely manner. · Maintain open communication with other team members and team leader. · Address inquiries from clients, borrowers, agents, and internal staff professionally and in a timely manner. · Proficient in ServiceLink operating systems and internal search engines. · Adhere to company policies and procedures. · Meet minimum production goals and quality requirements as set by management. · Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications · High School diploma or equivalent preferred. · Typing/Data Entry skills, 45wpm with a 95% accuracy rate. · Possess good communication and customer service skills. · Knowledge of Windows software applications. · Knowledge of real estate terminology.
