Job Description Main duties: Technical Expertise: Analyzing complex issues to find root causes and ensure system reliability. Leading discussions and managing workflows between different teams, including development, suppliers and others. System Management: managing requirements, specifications and system overviews for the function. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within their assigned function. Delivering detailed testing reports and progress updates to stakeholders. Working to improve the function and deliver the best possible product for customers.
