La Universidad CEU Fernando III abre proceso de selección para incorporar un Profesor de Psicología a tiempo parcial en el Departamento de Psicología del Deporte, con contrato indefinido e incorporación prevista para el segundo semestre del curso 2025-2026 (febrero de 2026). Asignaturas Psicología de la Actividad Física y del Deporte (18 ECTS) Formación requerida Licenciatura o Grado en Psicología. Doctorado finalizado o en fase avanzada de obtención. Se valorarán acreditaciones docentes (ANECA u otros organismos equivalentes). Será positivamente valorada la posesión de sexenios de investigación reconocidos. Experiencia docente e investigadora Se requiere experiencia previa en docencia universitaria y en actividad investigadora dentro del área de Psicología del Deporte o afines. Se valorará la publicación de artículos científicos en revistas indexadas y la participación en grupos de investigación. Será un mérito adicional contar con experiencia profesional en el ámbito de la actividad física y del deporte. Competencias y habilidades Capacidad de comunicación oral y escrita. Habilidad para motivar e implicar al alumnado. Competencia pedagógica y dominio de recursos didácticos y digitales. Inteligencia emocional: empatía, automotivación e influencia positiva.
