Requirements What You’ll Do Lead and assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of dock levelers, restraints, doors, loading dock seals/shelters, and control wiring Manage project operations, including reviewing paperwork and ordering materials Maintain communication with coordinators on schedules and project updates Ensure safety compliance on all job sites Keep trucks, tools, and consumables organized and stocked Resolve installation challenges and communicate solutions clearly Build strong customer relationships and represent Wize Solutions professionally What We’re Looking For A dependable leader with a positive, solution-oriented attitude. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. A hands-on mentor who takes pride in quality work and guiding their team. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 1–5 years of experience installing, repairing, or servicing hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical equipment. Valid driver’s license; ability to pass a DOT medical exam. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents. Strong communication skills, written and verbal. Basic math and problem-solving skills to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.
