Description Total Warehouse is seeking an experienced Dock and Door Service Technician to join our growing service team. In this role, you will perform repair, maintenance, and installation of industrial doors, loading dock equipment, and related warehouse systems. This position is fast-paced, hands-on, and offers strong opportunities for advancement. Requirements Job Responsibilities: Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain dock and door equipment, loading dock systems, and material-handling equipment Perform preventative maintenance and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and service leadership Complete accurate service reports and maintain company-provided tools, vehicle, and safety gear Assist with larger projects and collaborate with the Field Service Manager and team Represent Total Warehouse professionally and promote additional services when appropriate Education and Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; technical school training or OEM-related certification preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in breakdown/service repair or equivalent Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills Welding ability required; welding certification preferred (MIG, TIG, or stick) Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver’s license (A, B, or C) and ability to pass DOT physical Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
