Description SUMMARY Dock Associates are responsible for all large parcel shipping and receiving within the warehouse. This includes a variety of tasks, such as unloading trucks and containers, filling LTL orders, assisting other departments in packaging goods, and maintaining organization of the warehouse floor. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a small team and likes variety in their daily tasks. Forklift experience preferred, but not required. We will train the right candidate! PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Unloads containers and trucks, including but not limited to, documenting product counts received, noting discrepancies or damage, and moving goods to the appropriate location within the warehouse via pallet-jack or forklift. Fills LTL orders by pulling inventory from storage, verifying product and quantity accuracy, completing paperwork, palletizing product, and preparing for shipment. Assists and collaborates with other departments to complete various packaging, bagging, or labeling jobs. Maintains organization of current, incoming, and outgoing inventory- moving goods throughout the facility required. Forklift experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate! Must have ability to read, count, and follow directions according to work orders. Must be able to stand, kneel, stoop and reach throughout the duration of the shift. Must have ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 70 lbs.
