DOCK CONSTRUCTION SALES MANAGER

Worksite: On and around Lake Norman, NC
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Occasional Saturdays as needed)
Pay: Based on experience | Bi-weekly payroll with direct depositLabor Connections is in search of a Dock Construction Sales Manager for one of our premier partners. In this role you will lead their business development efforts in the Lake Norman area. This role is ideal for an experienced and motivated professional with deep knowledge of the construction industry, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to drive growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute effective sales plans specific to the construction sector
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and market segments
