  DOCKHAND Location: Brookfield, CT 06804 JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dockhand to join our team in Brookfield, CT. The ideal candidate will assist with the daily operations of the dock.  The Dock Hand position requires a willingness and the ability to assist in many tasks throughout the marina, these include and are not limited to: * Treating all customers with first-class service. * Performing daily opening and closing duties, daily dock walks, and grounds maintenance. * Contributing towards a safe, healthy, clean, friendly, and fun environment. * Cleaning and restocking restrooms. * Cleaning docks, walkways, and all other areas of the facility. * Maintaining the safety of yourself and guests. * Assisting guests with any boating needs. * Other responsibilities as assigned.   Qualifications * Previous experience in a dockhand or similar role preferred but not required. * Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. * Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor. * Basic knowledge of safety procedures and equipment operation. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
