Description
Expression of Interest – Doctor Rostering and Resourcing Specialist Location: I-TeleRAD | Mount Waverley, Victoria Are you a people person who loves a challenge? We're looking for someone with energy, warmth, and a natural ability to build relationships. As part of our Doctor Rostering and Resourcing Team, you'll be a go-to contact for our radiologist cohort across Australia and overseas, keeping shifts filled, rosters running, and doctors engaged. A big part of this role is proactively reaching out to doctors to fill coverage gaps, which means you'll need the confidence and charm to have those conversations and bring people along. If you've ever thrived in a sales, customer success, account management, or high-touch customer service role, and you genuinely enjoy talking to people, solving problems on the fly, and working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. What you'll actually be doing: · Coordinating and managing doctor rosters across multiple time zones and locations · Proactively contacting doctors to fill shift gaps, this means building real relationships, not just sending emails · Identifying coverage risks before they become problems and acting fast to resolve them · Being a reliable, responsive point of contact that doctors actually enjoy hearing from · Working with rostering data and systems to keep everything accurate and up to date What we're looking for: · A naturally warm, persuasive communicator, someone who can ask for a favour and make it feel like an opportunity · Experience in a customer-facing, sales, or account management role (healthcare admin experience is not essential) would be advantageous · Resilience and persistence, you won't take a "not available" personally. · Someone who thrives on pace, variety, and getting results · Strong organisational skills and comfort working across multiple priorities at once Why this role? You'll work with a supportive, close-knit team and play a direct role in keeping critical healthcare services running nationwide. To apply: Submit a short expression of interest and your CV outlining what makes you a great fit, specifically, your experience working with people and your approach to a tough conversation. 📧 jessica.ettia@i-med.com.au 📅 Applications close 17 April 2026
