We are currently seeking a highly motivated Doctoral Fellow to join our research department.
Position Overview: The Doctoral Fellow will work closely with our lead dermatologist and clinical research team on projects focusing on medical and cosmetic dermatology, including skin aging, inflammatory skin disorders, novel therapies, and device-based interventions. This is an excellent opportunity for a PhD graduate (or near completion) or MD pursuing research experience in a translational or clinical dermatology setting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• PhD (or near completion) in a biomedical or health science field (e.g., Dermatology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Pharmacology, Public Health)
• Strong interest in dermatologic research (clinical or translational)
• Experience with scientific writing and peer-reviewed publications
• Knowledge of clinical trial design and biostatistics considered an asset
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
• Previous experience working in a clinical or dermatology setting is a plus

• Design, implement, and manage clinical research protocols
• Conduct data collection, statistical analysis, and interpretation
• Prepare manuscripts for publication and abstracts for scientific meetings
• Coordinate ethics submissions and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including dermatologists, aestheticians, and clinical trial coordinators
• Participate in grant writing and funding applications
