Responsibilities

The Practice Manager is the first point of contact for all clinical and non-clinical staff and is responsible for effective and service focused daily operations of the clinics.

Responsibilities include:

  • Exemplary leadership of clinic support staff including reception, nursing, and administration
  • Supporting and influencing all stakeholders, implementing best practice while bringing others on the journey
  • Coordinating team members across high volume services
  • Acting as the escalation point for complex issues, leading with a can do attitude to deliver a positive outcome
  • Managing the clinic operational requirements including financial performance, budgeting, service delivery, resourcing, patient bookings, rostering, accreditation and business development.

The Practice Manager will have the benefit of engaging with the wider Better Medical group network of practices, attending key meetings, sharing knowledge, and implementing the business objectives.
