Description AdvancedPCB is seeking a reliable, motivated Document Control Admin. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is looking for an exciting and rewarding opportunity. Position Summary The Document Control Coordinator is responsible for administering and maintaining the document control system within an ITAR-controlled printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing environment. This role ensures that all quality management system (QMS) documents, manufacturing documentation, training records, and calibration records are accurate, current, properly approved, and securely controlled. This position plays a critical role in maintaining compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100 (if applicable), customer requirements, and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). The coordinator ensures technical data is properly marked, controlled, stored, and distributed in accordance with U.S. export control laws. Essential Job Function: Document Control Administration Maintain and administer the company’s electronic and/or paper-based document control system. Control creation, review, approval, revision, distribution, and archival of procedures, work instructions, forms, quality manuals, and engineering documents. Ensure only current revisions are available at points of use and remove obsolete documents in accordance with retention policies. Ensure ITAR-controlled technical data is clearly marked and access-restricted to authorized U.S. Persons only. Manufacturing Documentation Management Control and maintain job travelers, process routers, manufacturing specifications, and ECO/ECN documentation. Verify documentation completeness and proper approval prior to release to production. Coordinate documentation updates resulting from process changes or engineering revisions. Training Records Administration Maintain training matrices and employee training records. Ensure ITAR training and export compliance training are completed and documented. Provide training compliance reports to management and support audit activities. Calibration & Equipment Records Maintain master calibration schedule and ensure timely calibration of measurement equipment. Track calibration status and prevent use of out-of-calibration equipment. Maintain calibration certificates and equipment history files. ITAR & Compliance Responsibilities Ensure compliance with ITAR regulations regarding technical data control and distribution. Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits. Assist in corrective action tracking and documentation control related to compliance findings. Maintain document retention schedules in accordance with ITAR and company policies. Work Schedule: This is a full-time position requiring available to work during standard business hours and mandatory weekend overtime when needed to meet production goals. Shifts may include weekends, when schedule details provided in advance. Work schedule is 1st Shift | Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Requirements Essential Qualifications, Education and Experience: Education & Experience Associate degree or equivalent experience required. 2+ years of document control experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in PCB manufacturing preferred. Experience supporting ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 systems preferred. Experience working in an ITAR-controlled environment strongly preferred. Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with ERP/MRP systems and electronic document management systems (EDMS). Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and specifications. Soft Skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and controlled information with discretion. Compensation/Benefits: California Pay Range: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour USD | DOE The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
