This candidate will: Receive, verify, and prepare incoming documents for scanning. Be responsible for the imaging and QA analysis of each file/document. Receive, and process requests for microfilm documents, including the request to digitize microfilm. Track activity, create / modify reports, and distribute any required updates and or changes as required by established practices of the related SOP's. Process and fills requests, for both internal and external customers. Create and updates standard operation procedures for the QA process. Maintain files and other related records. Perform other administrative duties as needed, including monitor emails communications. Participate in special projects as required. Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School diploma required or GED 1-3- years of related Administrative / Record Management experience 1-3 years Service Now (plus) 1-3 years Next-Star Scanning or experience with digitization of microfilm (plus) SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Knowledge and ability to use MS Office and other software applications as well as related office equipment. Ability to demonstrate the ability to use written and verbal communication skills in an effective manner with various levels of management Must be able to report to the office (DC) 5 days a week. The candidate will be responsible for the integrity of certain database information, and the ability to perform quality control. The candidate will also Investigate questionable data and take corrective action when necessary. Employees will wear business casual attire Monday through Fridays. Business casual is a polo shirt, dress shirt and/or sweater, khakis or dress pants and business shoes. The likely hourly rate for this position is between $20.64 - $27.92. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
