DOCUMENT CONTROL AND ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST     Position: Document Control and Administrative Specialist  Reports To: Document Control and Technical Publications Manager  Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt  Shift: Monday – Friday, flexible hours between 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM   Pay Range: $22.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience    POSITION SUMMARY  Join Enstrom Helicopter Corporation in Menominee, Michigan, located along the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan just 50 minutes north of Green Bay. As a proud U.S. manufacturer of FAA-certified helicopters, Enstrom designs, manufactures, and supports rotorcraft recognized around the world for quality, safety, and reliability.    The Document Control and Administrative Specialist plays a critical role in supporting Engineering Department operations through document management, administrative coordination, and technical records administration. This position helps ensure engineering documentation; technical publications, FAA correspondence, and departmental records are accurately maintained, controlled, and distributed in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic engineering environment.    BASIC WORKER FUNCTION  The Document Control and Administrative Specialist provides administrative and document control support for the Engineering Department. This position is responsible for maintaining engineering records, supporting document release processes, assisting with technical publication distribution, coordinating departmental administrative activities, and ensuring the integrity and accessibility of engineering documentation.    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  Document Control & Engineering Support  * Support electronic document control processes and ensure proper maintenance of engineering records.  * Assist the Engineering Change Board (ECB) in releasing engineering drawings and blueprints through the Product Data Management (PDM) Vault system.  * Maintain Engineering Type Design documentation, including reports, drawings, specifications, and supporting records.  * Ensure proper control, distribution, retention, and accessibility of engineering documentation.  * Assist with document revisions and change management processes.  * Support technical publication preparation, administration, and distribution.  Administrative Support  * Establish workload priorities and coordinate support activities to meet departmental deadlines.  * Collect, compile, and maintain departmental records, reports, and documentation.  * Evaluate, organize, and analyze information to create meaningful and usable data.  *
