  • Review and rationalise existing SharePoint environments, including sites, libraries, folders, and content structures.
  • Identify duplicate, outdated, and redundant information, and consolidate legacy document repositories.
  • Design improved information architecture, document classification, naming conventions, and search capabilities.
  • Establish document governance practices including ownership, version control, lifecycle management, and procedures.
  • Develop a records retention and disposal framework to support compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Assess Microsoft 365, automation, and AI opportunities to enhance document management and productivity.

The Successful ApplicantA successful Document Control and Information Management professional should have:

  • Proven experience in document control, records management, information governance, or information management.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft SharePoint administration and document library optimisation.
  • Ability to design effective document structures, classification models, naming conventions, and governance standards.
  • Experience consolidating large document repositories and implementing retention and disposal frameworks.
  • Strong organisational, project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Automate, AI productivity tools, and corporate information environments is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in family office, property, or investments preferred.
