Ability to follow clear directions to scan and archive physical files into a digital environment. b. Strong detail oriented skills to ensure a quality output. c. Basic office and communication skills. ***Manager is looking for someone with 2-4 years of experience*** • Top 3-5 Must Have Skills o What the job is: To scan microfiche using a scanner on-site at Phoenix Engines: * Capture those images in folders on a PC via the scanner software Insuring all the images are captured * Adjusting the scanner as necessary (tips/guidelines will be provided) Skill: operation of a scanner or similar office equipment where attention is required to ensure proper functioning o Skill: Ability to notice and adjust equipment if improperly functioning which includes trying multiple solutions o Skill: Ability to traverse, create, and copy folders on Windows 10/11 whether locally or on network shares Assists in preparing and maintaining documentation pertaining to programming, systems operation and user documentation. Translates business specifications into user documentation. *Prefer 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. * Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. * Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. * Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. * Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
