Kerman Contracting is seeking an experienced Document Controller for a brand new position in our Head Officer. You will be required to distribute, track, record, monitor, and control documents (internal and external), including all technical documentation and drawings and physical documentation and drawings for the project environment

Responsibilities
  • Process document work requests promptly per Kerman’s Corporate and Project Document Control Procedures.
  • Maintenance of Kerman documents on SharePoint.
  • Receive document transmittals from Clients and Vendors.
  • Issue documents under transmittals (internally and externally).
  • Maintain and update project folders to ensure the Project Teams can access current documents and drawings.
  • Record and file documents electronically
  • Issue Contract Documentation to Vendors
  • Maintain the project Suppliers Document Deliverables List (SDDL).
  • Assist with the control of the document review cycle.
  • Assist Project Managers and internal staff with document control-related issues as required.
  • Generate monthly, fortnightly, and weekly document status reports for internal use as required.
  • Archive documents as per Kerman’s retention schedule
