Join us and let’s get started. Job Description AECOM is seeking a Document Control Specialist to be based in Panama. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Support Document Control System for $2B rail transit program. Process project documents in Aconex Manage document distribution, version control, retention, and archiving of all program documents Support the Document Control Manager Assist in document control and quality assurance and control process for all project documents, including submittals, contract changes, correspondence, design documents, reports, meeting minutes, and other records. Distribute documents and maintain controlled distribution lists. This vacancy aims to strengthen our talent pool for future opportunities. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications BA/BS + 4 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and education. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish Preferred Qualifications Experience with Aconex. Experience with large public projects. Proficient in MS Office applications. Project management professional certification desirable. Additional Information Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
