Job Title: Document Control Specialist Job Description Ensure that only the correct, approved versions of documents are in circulation, which is crucial for operational efficiency, accurate manufacturing, and project success. Responsibilities Create Bill of Materials (BOM) based on customer-provided specifications for quoting and assembly workbooks. Use CircuitCam (or similar software) to import BOM and customer PCB assembly specifications. Generate detailed workbooks showing component placement and assembly instructions for printed circuit boards. Upload production programs to SMT machines (Juki and Mycronic) to define component placement. Verify component angles for proper alignment and assign components manually if part numbers are not in the database. Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECO) requests, including distribution, processing, ERP updates, and facilitating ECO meetings. Manage, review, organize, and store the company's QMS documents, subjecting documents for revision and approval, disseminating them to different departments, and filing according to systems. The role is onsite at a manufacturing site, featuring a small cubicle area for the Admin team. The position requires collaboration with the office administration and production teams. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Salem, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $56160.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
