Description The Document Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining organized and updated company records in a secure and accessible manner. This role is essential for supporting compliance, operational efficiency, information accuracy and compliance with strict regulatory standards. Requirements Key Responsibilities: * Document Management: Organizing, scanning, storing and retrieving physical and digital documents. * Version Control: Ensuring only the most current, approved documents are in use, preventing the use of obsolete files. * Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems. * Compliance and Auditing: Ensuring documents meet ISO, legal and internal quality standards * Distribution and Tracking: Distributing documents to authorized personnel and tracking approval. * Workflow Coordination: Managing Document Change Request and coordinating review cycles with project teams. * Confidentially: Maintain confidentially regarding sensitive documents. * Administrative: Assist with administrative task and support special projects. Required Skills and Qualifications: * Attention to Detail: High accuracy in checking, labeling and organizing documentation. * Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain logical filing systems and manage document lifecycles. * Communications: Interacting with team members to update and manage documentation. * Experience: Previous experience in a clerical, administrative, or quality role in a construction environment is required. * Demonstrate good work practices through compliance and support of all safety and health rules and regulations.
