STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is searching for a Document Control Specialist and TCO Administrator to join the team. This position is responsible for leading the quality team in document control administration and maintenance. Utilizing user-friendly, structured tools and processes to help teammates to complete tasks in a PRO-ACTIVE, efficient, and cost-effective manner, as it pertains to internal documentation, as well as all customer and 3rd party related specifications within the STSL Quality Management System (QMS). The Document Control Specialist and TCO Administrator assists in the completion of Technical Compliance Officer (TCO) Administrative duties during the Contract Review Process. This includes, but is not limited to, determining the validation of product classification. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities. Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Manage all internal document control activities, including, but not limited to, the creation, maintenance, revision, and release of all internally-owned QMS documents. Maintain internal databases, ensuring accuracy of entries, as well as updating revisions and obsoleting listings as necessary. Provide Quality Director with insight, background, fundamental requirement knowledge, and current system gap issues. Manage Customer and Industry controlled documentation revision levels within QMS. Provide assistance in activities surrounding the TCO requirements and product identification Consistently, regularly, and dependably at work and on time. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Qualifications Education and/or Experience: Two-year college or university program certificate; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
