Zwicker is presently seeking a Template, Reporting, and Query Specialist to join our team. This person will be responsible for the templating of litigation documents in MS Word, creation of queries in RMS, and creation of reports in MS Excel as well as other administrative tasks as assigned. The base hourly rate for this position is $20.00-$22.00. Responsibilities Create/curate complex Microsoft Word Template documents Automate processes using VBA macros in Microsoft Excel Create/curate multipart AS400 queries Communicate with teammates and stakeholders via email, phone, and Zoom Troubleshooting Project management Other duties as assigned Requirements Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially: Excel (if statements and similar formulas, v-lookups, VBA macros, etc.) Word Templates (conditional formatting, nested rules, tables/formatting, mail merging) Ability to communicate in a common language with teammates and stakeholder via email, phone, and Zoom Experience with VBA, SQL, and similar languages preferred Be able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device Be able to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule Be able to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence Physical Qualifications Be able to lift five pounds or greater Be able to sit 90% of the workday at times Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed Be able to concentrate and use critical thinking Please note that this job description is not intended to be a comprehensive listing of all activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee in this position.
