Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description Document Management: Maintain and control project-related documents, including project plans, schedules, budgets, meeting minutes, action items, and other relevant documents. Document Control: Monitor and verify that all project documents are properly stored, version-controlled, and easily accessible to authorized team members. Compliance: Monitor and verify that all project documentation complies with Texas Instruments' policies, procedures, and industry standards. Communication: Facilitate communication between the project team, stakeholders, and third-party vendors by providing timely and accurate documentation. Coordination: Coordinate with the project team to monitor and verify that all documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date Create and Maintain Project Documentation: Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and meeting minutes. Document Version Control: Monitor and verify that all project documents are properly version-controlled, and changes are tracked and approved. Document Distribution: Distribute project documents to authorized team members and stakeholders. Meeting Support: Provide administrative support for project meetings, including scheduling, minute-taking, and action item tracking. Action Item Tracking: Track and follow up on action items assigned to team members and stakeholders. Status Reporting: Assist in preparing project status reports and other project-related reports.
