Job Description To manage, control, and maintain all project documentation in compliance with AECOM standards and RTA requirements, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and timely distribution of documents across stakeholders. Maintain and update the Document Management System (DMS) (e.g., Aconex, EDMS). Register, track, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents (drawings, reports, RFIs, submittals). Ensure proper document numbering, revision control, and version tracking. Archive project documents in line with company and client standards. Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and RTA representatives. Ensure timely submission of documents to the client and follow up on approvals. Manage transmittals and document workflows between all project parties. Ensure all documentation complies with RTA standards and project requirements. Perform quality checks on documents before submission. Maintain audit-ready document records. Qualifications Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 5–12 years of experience in document control (preferably infrastructure projects). Experience working on RTA or similar government authority projects is a strong advantage. MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Aconex / EDMS / SharePoint Basic knowledge of AutoCAD drawings (preferred but not mandatory) Additional Information Generate weekly/monthly reports (document status, approvals, delays). Track pending documents, overdue submissions, and approvals. Maintain logs for RFIs, submittals, drawings, and correspondence Support implementation of document control procedures. Train project staff on document control systems if required. Ensure proper access control and security of documents.
