Roles and responsibilities: * Document control & management Maintain and organize all incoming and outgoing documents (drawings, submittals, RFIs, reports), ensuring proper filing and tracking. * Version control Ensure that only the latest revisions of documents are in circulation and obsolete versions are properly archived. * Submission tracking Log, track, and follow up on submissions such as shop drawings, material submittals, and as-built drawings. * Distribution Circulate documents to relevant stakeholders (consultants, contractors, client) and maintain distribution records. * Register maintenance Update document registers (submittal logs, drawing registers, RFI logs) regularly. * Compliance Ensure documentation follows project procedures, standards, and naming conventions. * Coordination support Assist engineers and project teams in retrieving documents and maintaining workflow efficiency. * Archiving Properly store final and approved documents for future reference and handover.   Must have skills:  * Experience in Managing projects documents and logs for the ID projects. * Have experience in organizing, detail- oriented and capable of handling a high volume of technical documents.  * Very good in English - writing and speaking.
