QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- The Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s /College Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
- Relevant business experience, including experience supporting large and complex projects; ideally 3 years working for Mobility projects
- A logical approach and ability to think through complex issues to co-ordinate multi-faceted aspects of projects
- Good written and oral communication skills, including the ability to liaise with peers and immediate seniors and build relationships.
- Proficiency in using various Electronic Document Management System
- Advanced to expert proficiency with desktop applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We partner with our clients across the globe to design thriving and connected cities and communities that enable opportunity for all and keep the world moving. Climate change, urbanization and digitization trends are requiring today’s mobility projects and systems to address an evolving set of demands from the world’s growing population. We design connected, sustainable solutions that integrate existing infrastructure with new technologies, and optimize the mobility of people and goods.
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Work within established standard operating procedures to assist in tasks such as but not limited to the scanning and registration of incoming and outgoing correspondence, reports, issuing drawings to OpCo, as well as, using the document management systems.
- Receive, issue and distribute project documentation; ensuring complete details and attachments
- Complete complex, professional level tasks as requested by colleagues, prioritising work load and interpreting established policies in order to effectively support the document management function.
- Liaise with stakeholders from across the project to to secure outstanding paperwork in a professional manner.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for training materials
- Maintain project documentation filing system and archive
