We’re looking for a Document Controller to join our dynamic Client-based team on an exciting new major Programme! 🚀 In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate with project management teams to ensure the smooth flow of documents and information across diverse stakeholders. This is your chance to play a central role in shaping and maintaining processes, providing guidance, and making a real impact on a high-profile Programme. 💼 What You’ll Do ✅ Manage Document Workflows: Oversee all stages of document workflows using REBIM and GliderBIM. Organize and maintain the document filing structure in SharePoint. ✅ Drive Process Excellence: Periodically review and refine the Programme Document Control Process to keep it fit for purpose. Train and onboard new team members on document control procedures and software. ✅ Ensure Quality & Compliance: Perform quality checks on supplier documentation to meet Programme standards. Manage document numbering, status tracking, and revision control with precision. ✅ Collaborate with Stakeholders: Be the go-to contact for document workflows with supply chain partners. 🤝 Liaise with customer organizations to ensure feedback is received on time.
