ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience within Document Control is essential
Proficient in the use of software systems
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work well on own initiative and demonstrate high levels of motivation required to meet deadlines
Experience in Construction is desirable, although not essential.
Full UK Driving Licence

This is a full-time position to commence end of April 2025. We are open to Freelance or PAYE employment terms. Excellent competitive salary on offer, negotiable dependent upon experience.
Hours of work 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday.
Office based role, although you will be required to attend site meetings in the Northwest subject to project location.

SUMMARY OF ROLE
The role will include managing the controlled flow of project documentation between Amspec and our clients teams, ensuring all formal transmittals and contract information are accurately processed, recorded, and transferred between our Project Management platform Procore. As the gatekeeper for project documentation, you will oversee the transfer of information into Procore, ensuring that Procore remains the single source of truth for our project team.
