Responsibiltiies: Act as a key interface, maintaining a comprehensive overview of all information and documentation processes. Structure and organize efficient end-to-end processes among all stakeholders, including internal departments, external planning teams, and project management. Coordinate all project documents, documentation, and manuals. Ensure the quality of documents, create master lists, and facilitate the exchange of information and data maintenance. Review and update technical documents. Qualifications Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role At least 3 years of practical experience in document management within the construction industry; University degree, preferably with a technical background; Strong analytical, structural, and organizational abilities; Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to communicate effectively at all levels; High affinity for IT, ideally with experience in document management systems; Additional Information Our people share our Purpose and Values.
