Your responsibilities

  • Controlling & maintaining company and project documentation
  • Following and improving document control procedures
  • Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards for both DEME & Clients
  • Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals
  • Producing document progress reports for senior managers
  • Conducting regular reviews and document audits
  • Using software to organize and distribute documents within team
  • Helping in the planning stages of a specific project
  • Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion

Your profile

  • Minimum bachelor degree in a relevant discipline
  • Very good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Service oriented and problem solving attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical and critical thinking
  • You are a team player, proactive and have a sense of initiative.
  • Very good knowledge & experience with MS Office
