The Opportunity In this role you will: Assist in creating reports and technical documents Enter accurate meta-data to electronic records to facilitate easy search and retrieval Implement trackers to monitor close out of proprietor actions Manage and control information circulation Set up an efficient document management system Support the quality & document control team to meet objectives Update, maintain, archive and retrieve procedures, registers, trackers and databases We would love to hear from you if you: Have experience in a similar document management role, preferably in a data centre construction environment Enjoy managing a large range of information Are fluent in German and English Have excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun Have the right to work in Germany All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
