ABOUT US

We are a leading drone manufacturing and technology company in the UAE, specializing in advanced drone systems. As part of our growth, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team and manage all documentation, compliance and regulatory processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in document control, administration, or compliance (experience in aviation, manufacturing, or logistics preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE customs procedures, freezone regulations and government approval processes.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive documents and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Manage, organize and maintain all company documents, approvals and records related to drone manufacturing, repairing and operations.
  • Handle all paperwork for customs clearances, import/export shipments and logistics documentation.
  • Coordinate with freezone authorities, ministries and other government entities to ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
  • Prepare, review and submit all required documents for approvals, licenses and permits.
  • Ensure company operations comply with civil aviation, customs, and other regulatory requirements related to drone activities.
  • Maintain proper filing systems (both physical and digital) for easy access and retrieval of documents.
  • Support internal teams by providing necessary documentation for projects, audits, and inspections.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all document-related communication with government authorities, freezones and customs offices.
  • Monitor the validity of licenses, permits, and certificates, and ensure timely renewals.
