Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our Rail team to support projects across Railway Signalling, systems and rollingstock. This is a pivotal role in managing critical project documentation and supporting the project controller in handling internal and external submissions. Key duties/responsibilities Manage Document Flow: Maintain control of all project-related documentation, ensuring accurate and timely distribution to relevant stakeholders. Data Management: Organize, cataloge, and archive project documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and in compliance with industry standards. Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to facilitate efficient document sharing, revision control, and data accuracy. Quality Assurance: Monitor document processes, identifying and rectifying discrepancies to maintain the highest quality standards. Compliance: Ensure all documentation adheres to industry regulations and internal standards. Qualifications This opportunity is to be based in Brisbane, QLD and the successful candidate will have relevant work rights to live and work in Australia. In addition, you will also have: Prior experience in similar role within a professional services or consultancy environment Extensive experience in document control, ideally in an engineering or construction environment Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail Proficiency in document management software (TeamBinder/InEight and SharePoint) and Microsoft Office Suite Effective time management and organisational skills including the ability to prioritise tasks effectively within a time pressurized environment Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with stakeholders at all levels A commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality Self-aware, collaborative and solution oriented Additional Information We are open to considering this role on a full-time, part-time or job-share basis.
