RESPONSIBILITES:

Manage and enhance company’s document control processes and system.
Ensure all incoming and reviewed documents are correctly logged and redirected to the right person / department
Establish and maintain a proper document filing system for hard copies
Organize and maintain electronic copies and file sharing system of all incoming and outgoing documents
Maintain a comprehensive data base with all documents, ensuring they are correctly registered and appropriately filled
Ensure timely transfer of electronic documents and hard copy documentation to/from clients, consultants, contractors and/or third parties
Follow-up for pending responses for incoming and outgoing mail with the concerned parties
Ensure the documents are maintained under safe custody, without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability
Manage precise archiving of technical documentation.
Any other tasks as per the company & job requirement
Should have good communication, planning, organizing and problem solving skills.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 5 years of experience in GCC as a Construction Document Controller at site level
Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience Expert in MS office
