Responsibilities

An opportunity has arisen for a Document Controller to join the team at Galliford Try within our Digital Infrastructure Business.

  • Ideally, you will based in or around the Glasgow area.
  • Support the regional project team ensuring all project documentation & information is controlled and maintained in a methodical manner and issued within agreed time scales and processes.
  • Ensure company and project information management protocols and security procedures are followed (including but not limited to the information handling plan and SAL).
  • Provide communication liaison for the design and site teams including key documentation and handover information.
  • Build effective working relationships with all members of the regional project team.
  • Support the Regional Project Team with the required workflow process, i.e., RFI, change control and linking information to containers within our CDE, Viewpoint for Projects.
  • Manage Viewpoint for Projects for your region i.e. creating internal document containers within the file structure including management of access permissions.
  • Manage registers and audit site records regularly to ensure compliance with our BMS processes. and procedures.
  • Generate and issue reports to internal/external parties when required.
  • Collation and completion of handover documentation on numerous sites.
  • Provide support to the Security Co-Ordinator in your regional project team.
