The Project

CPB is working on a large infrastructure project as part of building Queensland’s future. We are currently seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our project delivery team on a project based in Brisbane.

Your Opportunity

This role will contribute to the effectiveness of project/s by providing effective document and data control services that ensure project management records and management system documentation are integrated, accessible, timely, collected and filed.

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support the review, approval, distribution of new and revised controlled and uncontrolled project documents
  • Ensure current versions of documents are issued to project parties
  • Document retention, retrieval and filing of the project documentation
  • Record issues and track location of control documents and drawings
  • Assist and support the startup of all new projects from a quality control perspective – working with early project teams to develop work flows, lots, finalise Quality Management Plan for client approval, development and implementation of Project Management System (PMS), etc.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and all relevant Company and Group policies and processes.
  • Commitment to Health, Environment & Safety and company best practices
