Job Description: Document Control Position: Document Controller Level: Asst. Manager / Deputy Manager Location: Ecoworld, Bangalore Role Overview: The position will support the Management Representative in maintaining the IMS controlled documents & prepare MIS of Integrated Management System. Key Responsibilities: Ensure all IMS controlled documents are accurate, complete, and appropriately stored and retrieved as per the needs of the organization. Ensure all controlled documents are as per the organizations approval & retention policies. Manage the intake, handling, and storage of documentation through proper organization and categorization of documents. Keep track of the document versions and document revision requirements as per ISO standards. Coordinate with IT department to have a secure backup and storge of documents. Assist with file migrations and audits, and perform administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Graduate Degree/Diploma in any discipline Internal auditor course in ISO 9001/14001/45001 Experience Proven work experience of 5 years in Document Control, MIS, or similar role. "> ">undefined Key Competencies Very high proficiency in MS Office, MS Power point, and MS Excel. Knowledge of electronic document management, data organization, and storage. Good communication skills to liaise with various departments and SMEs. Awareness of data protection regulations to ensure sensitive information is handled and stored securely. Basic understanding of the principles of information governance to ensure adherence to company and legal standard.
