* Wood is currently looking for a Document Controller to join our team. Process deliverables in accordance with Global and Project procedures. Develop role knowledge and experience in accordance with Discipline Competency Form and Knowledge Tables * Remarkable people, trusted by clients to design and advance the world. * Receipt, registration and issue of deliverables in accordance with document control procedures * Compilation of statistical reports from Documentum[JA1] or other document management systems. * Track and manage document revisions to ensure only the latest approved versions are in circulation. * Ensure all documentation meets company standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines. * Coordinate document flow between internal departments and external stakeholders.
