Joule Group is seeking an experienced Group Document Controller to join our team.
The Group Document Controller will play a key role in supporting the management and maintaining documentation related to the Integrated Management System (IMS). This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) and a solid understanding of business processes or business process design to ensure documentation is accurate, accessible, and aligned with compliance standards.
The Group Document Controller will work closely with the stakeholders across the Joule Group of companies to ensure that all documentation is up to date, properly versioned, and supports continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
The role will involve travelling to Joule Group company sites across the EU and the UK and therefore requires candidates to be able to travel within these two zones.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in relevant field desirable
  • 5+ years’ experience in document control and a proven track record of handling SOPs, work instructions and process maps
  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office tools (SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Solid understanding of business processes or business process design to ensure documentation is accurate, accessible, and aligned with compliance standards
  • Excellent communicator (both verbal and written)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively, meet deadlines and deliver consistent service
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Experience of Quality Assurance, Business Process Design and/or Business Process Flow Mapping will be an advantage
