System Implementation & Administration EDMS Management: Act as the super-user for Electronic Document Management Systems (e.g., Aconex, Procore, OpenText, or SharePoint). Workflow Automation: Design and oversee automated review and approval cycles (workflows) to ensure documents move from "Draft" to "Approved" without bottlenecks. Coding Standards: Develop and enforce project-specific numbering and filing procedures in line with international standards (ISO 9001). 2. Lifecycle Control Version Control: Ensure only the latest revisions of drawings and specifications are accessible to the field team to prevent construction errors. Quality Auditing: Conduct regular spot checks on incoming and outgoing documentation for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with project standards. Distribution Management: Oversee the issuance of Transmittals and track receipt acknowledgments from subcontractors and clients. 3. Reporting & Reporting Status Tracking: Maintain the Master Document Register (MDR) and provide real-time reporting on document status (Overdue, Under Review, Approved). Handover Coordination: Lead the final project "Handover" or "Turnover" process, ensuring all "As-Built" drawings and O&M manuals are compiled for the client.
