Description

PFC Group is seeking a skilled and organized Document Controller with 2 years of UAE experience in the construction industry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling project documentation in compliance with industry and company standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Document Controller in the UAE construction industry
  • Proficient in MS Office and document management systems such as Aconex, Procore, or SharePoint
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Good understanding of construction documentation, including drawings, submittals, and RFIs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and QA/QC documentation is a plus

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field
Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize all technical and non-technical documents related to construction projects
  • Maintain proper document control systems for tracking, archiving, and retrieval (both hard copy and digital)
  • Ensure the latest versions of drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals are distributed to relevant teams
  • Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors for documentation updates
  • Ensure compliance with internal document control processes and project requirements
  • Prepare logs, trackers, and reports for management and audit purposes
  • Support project teams with administrative and documentation-related tasks
