Overview PM Group are seeking an experienced and talented Document Controller for a high-profile Mission Critical Data Center construction project in the Frankfurt, Germany region. Who we are? Responsibilities Your role Document organization and classification Document control and versioning Providing general administration office duties (as designated by the Project Manager) supporting a project team. Monitor adherence to procedures and document workflow Access management Maintain Correspondence Log (email to / from Client / vendor etc.). Issue Project Documents electronically. Compiling Monthly reports, for issue to Client. Qualifications Your profile Ideally document control and/or project administration experience in construction management or engineering sector Business degree or vocational equivalent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, positive and flexible attitude to work Pro-active, solution-oriented approach Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills Attention to detail Excellent computer skills (MS Office, MS Project) Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage Full proficiency in English and German Flexibility to work on site As an employee-owned company, we are inclusive, committed and driven.
