What We Are Looking For Some of the Key Accountabilities: · Ensure document and records management, for their easy retrievability, legibility and protection and preservation. · Accountable for preparation and on time submission of the MRBs · Ensure an effective and economical documentation process · Timely follow up between the stakeholders and ensure receipt of the inspection records and documents. · Maintain a record of the KPIs related document submission and report the same on a monthly basis to the QHSE Manager. Qualifications / Skills & Experience Education Essential · Exposure to the project quality documentation in Oil and Gas field · Exposure to MS office and excellent computer skills. · Attentive, accuracy and efficiency in data entry. Preferred · Diploma in any discipline. Experience Essential · A minimum of 5 years’ experience in document and data management in Oil and Gas Field.
