As the QTMP project grows, we are now seeking a Document Controller to join our team. Reporting directly to the Document Controls Manager, this role will see you work closely with internal operational teams to support the governance of documentation across multiple active projects at our Maryborough Service Delivery Centre. Some accountabilities will include: * Set up where required the project’s document management requirements, e.g. registers, reports, InEight Document specifics, and Folder Structure. * Create placeholders and Document numbers in InEight Document.  * Check the quality of documents prior to registering into InEight Document. * Assign document codes to documents from both internal/ external stakeholders. * File hard copy project documents (if applicable) and drawings. * Archive project documents and drawings. This is a fulltime, permanent role, based onsite at our Maryborough Service Delivery Centre. About You: * 2+ years demonstrated experience in document control, data entry or similar administrative role * Process driven and adheres to strict guidelines * Familiar with InEight software or equivalent (Aconex, TeamBinder, etc.) * Sound knowledge of MS Office Suite * Strong people, communication and collaboration skills   Our Culture: Downer is dedicated to nurturing our people personally and professionally through skills development, competitive benefits, career pathways and fostering a proudly diverse and supportive workplace culture.
