Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Maintain, update, and control project documentation in line with company and client requirements.
  • Manage document workflows, including reviews, approvals, revisions, and version control.
  • Ensure compliance with document management standards, procedures, and governance processes.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and external stakeholders to ensure timely submission and retrieval of documents.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, registers, and status updates to the project team and stakeholders.
  • Support the setup and ongoing management of electronic document management systems (EDMS).
  • Administration duties: Set up meeting rooms, take minutes, stationery and consumable ordering, diary management.

TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL BRING:

  • Recent experience in document control, records management, project administration, or a related role within construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy across large volumes of data.
  • Familiarity with EDMS platforms (e.g. TeamBinder) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build positive relationships across project teams and stakeholders.
