Guided by our leadership vision of valuing people, embracing agility, and fostering growth, we cultivate an innovative culture that empowers you to achieve your full potential. Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible. Job Description: Parsons is seeking an experienced Document Controller to support the Program Management Office (PMO) on a major, multi‑disciplinary infrastructure program in Riyadh. This is a hands‑on, client‑side PMO role, responsible for controlling, tracking, and governing project documentation across PMCMs, designers, contractors, and internal PMO teams. The role ensures that project information is accurate, traceable, compliant, and audit‑ready, enabling reliable reporting and decision‑making. What You'll Be Doing: Register, track, control, and distribute all project documentation including drawings, submittals, correspondence, RFIs, and reports. Ensure compliance with approved document control procedures, naming conventions, and distribution matrices. Maintain strict revision, version, and status control across all project documentation. Support daily operation of the EDMS (e.g. Aconex, Unifier, SharePoint, Primavera PCM). Monitor submission timelines, review cycles, and approval workflows in line with PMO governance. Track overdue documents and coordinate follow‑ups and escalations where required. Perform periodic checks and audits to ensure document completeness, accuracy, and audit readiness. Support archiving, handover, and close‑out processes in accordance with contractual requirements. Act as a primary document control interface between the PMO, PMCMs, designers, and contractors. Coordinate with planning, cost, commercial, and technical teams to ensure alignment between documents, schedules, and baselines. Support system inductions and procedural briefings for PMCMs and contractors. Maintain document registers, logs, and trackers. Prepare regular document status reports and compliance metrics for PMO management. Support ad‑hoc client and PMO requests related to document traceability and records. What Required Skills You'll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline (preferred). Minimum 10 years’ experience in document control or information management on large infrastructure or construction programs. Experience in PMC / PMCM / PMO or client‑side environments. Strong working knowledge of EDMS platforms (Aconex, Primavera PCM / Unifier, SharePoint, or equivalent). Experience working in KSA / GCC project environments. What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Strong attention to detail and document integrity. Clear understanding of document control as a PMO governance function, not clerical support. Proactive, hands‑on, and delivery‑focused. Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure. Good English communication skills. Confident interfacing with PMCMs and contractors; strong team player. Parsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.
