Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a meticulous and experienced Document Controller - Senior Specialist to join our growing team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the document control processes necessary for the successful execution of our innovative projects. As the primary custodian of project documentation, you will ensure that all materials are organized, easily accessible, and in compliance with quality standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain document control systems to track and manage project documentation, ensuring proper filing, storage, and retrieval. Coordinate the flow of documentation between various stakeholders, including project managers, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring that all necessary materials are submitted and reviewed promptly. Ensure compliance with internal document management policies and regulatory requirements, implementing corrective actions when necessary. Monitor document submissions, changes, and revisions, maintaining version control and ensuring all stakeholders have access to the latest information. Prepare regular documentation status reports for management, highlighting key issues and offering solutions for process improvements. Lead training sessions for project teams and new employees on effective document control practices and tools. Provide expert advisory support on data management, ensuring data integrity and security. Continuously evaluate and refine document control processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field. A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in document control or administration, preferably in construction or project management settings. In-depth knowledge of document management systems and tools, as well as industry-standard practices. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with excellent organizational abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to interact with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document control software is essential.
