Job Description Kanadevia Inova are hiring a Document Controller on a fixed-term-contract, where you will be an employee of Kanadevia Inova for the fixed term of 24 months. You will join our project team based on-site for the construction of the Thameside Energy Recovery Facility (ERF)in Tilbury, Essex. Start date 12th January 2026 for a duration of 24 months. Applicants must already hold the legal right to work in the UK. Tasks and Responsibilities: Responsible for controlling the numbering, filing, sorting and retrieval of electronically stored or hard copy documentation produced by technical teams, projects, or departments in a timely, accurate and efficient manner Allocate and control the document numbering system for the project work, working with precision to ensure that all electronic and hard copy filing is accurate and is easily retrievable Respond in a timely manner to requests to retrieve information, information searches and general requests for support from project/department personnel Administration of PIRS document system Establish, develop, and manage effective documentation systems and procedures and maintain relevant manuals / systems Qualifications Information Management or similar qualification desirable Must have experience with Document Control Systems, ideally PIRS or equivalent Ability to work alone or as part of a team Solution orientated, forward planner, strong communicator Valid Safety Contractors Certificate (SCC), Safepass (ROI), CSCS or CCNSG card or equivalent (desirable) Additional Information 24 days annual leave Private Medical and Dental Insurance Life Assurance 4x Salary Pension up to 10% KVI contribution Annual performance reviews Annual bonus For HR agencies: Please note that we do not accept applications coming from agencies.
